On Monday evening I had the pleasure of attending a dinner at The Musket Room that radiated beauty and warmth.

Hosted by The Black Beauty Club, ShopMy, and Nars, it felt like a masterclass in style, grace, and presence. The attendees were striking. Impeccable styling, effortlessly cool energy, and the most flawless skin I’ve ever seen IRL — so much so that I had to actively think about not staring. Plus the food was exceptional. The Musket Room has retained its Michelin Star for eleven years for a reason1.

Beyond the gorgeous crowd and great menu, the highlight of the evening was the conversation at my table about the creator economy: where it’s headed and what’s next for fashion creators.
