Happy Hump Day! Thank you for allowing me back in your inbox. I had planned to be here on the 13th, but when Friday morning rolled around, I realized it was the thirteenth and I hadn’t written a single word. So here I am, fashionably late & entirely off the cuff.

And I had grand ideas for an end-of-year email...

I started gathering images for a best-and-worst roundup of my outfits — I had some standout hits and equally memorable misses this year — and considered a Spotify Wrapped-esque recap meets resolution-setting experience. Neither really worked.

Presentation aside, my ideas orbited around a central thesis: I’ve come a long way this year.

I am back on TikTok (pre ban) and posting outfit videos. Let’s see how long this lasts (me & the app itself). Follow me!

I used to create a collage-style vision board every January and set it as my lock screen for the year — this was the first time in a long time I didn’t make one… and ironically, I experienced many of the things that probably would have been on it. New job, new friends, new romantic relationship, new medium to share my ideas + the confidence to do so publicly and regularly. If there’s a takeaway to be gleaned & used as a frame my EOY reflection it’s this: sometimes preparation and presentation gets in the way of execution! So lets just chat.
